OK, so they breach the main contract to not sell shares but they will adhere to the remedy clauses? C'mon, do you think these guys are boy scouts?
You are lucky if all your dealings have been straight forward with no deception or shenanigans. But based on some of the things I've seen with companies on the OTC, a deal with no issues is more the exception than the rule.
