What I don't understand is the mechanics of dilution, never really dealt with it previously on this scale. The note holders or the company or whomever release more shares onto the market, right? That would mean there are buyers of millions of shares on a regular basis. So, that's a good thing, right? That someone(s) are interested in buying all these shares at this price.
