I agree that dilution is the most likely explanation.
The toxic loan agencies take whatever the market gives them at the time. They then roll the money over to new loans somewhere. They have a sure thing, or as close as it gets.
All of us longs here seem to agree that it will take either major news or an end to the dilution selling to get a good SP bump.
Meanwhile, my gold stocks are doing well . . .
