This isn't the first time I have heard about warrants possibly being exercised in hopes of achieving long term capital gains tax threshold if cancer results make a BO more likely.
I have thought about it myself, but it doesn't make sense for me to do so as I would likely have to sell some current holdings to do so or rearrange some investments to gain the additional liquidity needed. Unlikely, but if they do a TO with extra shares then it becomes a simple math problem......I say unlikely because I expect the share price to increase and only more warrants naturally convert AND I don't think they have enough authorized shares in the 700M to do so.
