Good Summary!
In regard to warrants, I spoke with my Father/Mother-in-law as they have at least 250000 warrants @ .50 at least and they are exercising them very soon. They are in the 37% income bracket and are not a fan of taxes and he rather start the clock toward long-term gains now incase cancer is so big a buy-out comes and there is no way to stop it because the price is right. The tax savings will pay for the warrants if we hit hit 5 or even 10 which is a low end buy out. Sounds like others have this idea as well which Nader mentioned.,
