A) There are many other employees of GNBT and its subsidiaries who could be purchasing... even if we saw a handful of employees buying 1,000 shares a month, it would be a positive sign, and,
If I were closely involved in something that I saw as a "sure thing", I would find some money to buy some shares when there was a fire sale... which is where we are now. Clearly that is not the way these guys feel, or they would be chomping at the bit to be given an avenue to buy some (more) shares.
