Joe very clearly stated that he and some other members of the management team have received any salary for almost three years and so they do not have money to buy more shares.
BTW, this as well is one of the big arguments for Joe being very serious about doing everything in his power to bring this company up and fully running, because otherwise he would have worked his butt off for nothing and wasted 3 years of his life. That is yet another statement from him that still makes me keep my faith in a positive outcome after all.
