-- we get up to 87.5 mill doll milestone payment , something now , also when BLA will be submitted and then approved etc..
50% royalty, plus cost of goods , plus 10%.
we will have 50 mill to launch product , and plans need to be done now..
--Company is not the same as it was before , it is run by ex JP Morgan person.
Our board did DD and was very impressed.
and we need people like them who are hungry as we are..
-- price is decided by Vyera , but cant go below 45K a year.( in contract )
