Vyera could claim the cost for them to sell Leronlimab includes a uncontrollable amount that results in $10 profit total, meaning we get $5. I am sure that any contract lawyer would understand this and there must be a very clear way of controlling what the profit will be. Also we control the manufacturing and supply, if Vyera starts playing games we can just stop shipping product and be out of the contract totally for Vyera's non-performance. At the end of the day, Vyera can only make money if we make money, otherwise there is a an out of this and we can work with others and Vyera has nothing.
