If you think that the definition of net is minutiae, then you really don't understand the situation. The entire deal hinges on that definition. Is net after a 50% distribution fee? A 10% distribution fee? Sure, the BOD knows, but we do not, and many here are acting as if they KNOW this is a great deal because of the number 50. Those with business and contract experience (I work with actors/writers etc., for whom the definition of net profits is VERY important) will understand that "50" is just a number and without context, means little.
It's like being excited that your team just scored 21 unanswered points, without being given the information that they are now losing 54-21.
