Simplify the big pic !!
Read PR issued 12/5/19 , current revenues important but not that important because Big Plans require Big Money!! Current revenue unable to support and execute roadmap. Bottomline...... Outside Financing needs to be confirmed to be successful. Divi adjustments were probably established to meet earlier planned executions. I dont think they will jeopardize AE37 clinical trial financing or will they ???? At least it appears required documents (10Q etc) are up to date!!. S-1 approval and financing will change the picture overnight. Investors not reading boards are stuck with PR's, 10 Q/k, website , and daily OTC !! Even if they like the company they are willing to pay higher if certain milestones are reached! PR's have to include attainable goals otherwise integrity of Management will be another concern !!
