I can think of a few reasons why there is a negative tone:
-PPS drop from $3.00 to $0.65
-botched share retirement
-botched dividends
-legal issues (shady investors)
-questionable acquisitions
-coming share dilution
-NASDAQ uplisting???
-revenues???
