What’s somewhat worrying though is there is no share price appreciation. The strategy isn’t working and has not been working for quite some time now. Nevertheless NP continues following this path hoping for the market to see the disparity between share price and value.
The strategy of not willing to accept less than value has probably turned against us many more times than we know of. Not once have talks about partnerships and outlicensing (and buyouts?) come to fruition. Our most recent -ready to be signed- deal has fantastic terms, but is on hold as there might be even better . While understandable, that deal could have put an end to all financial uncertainties we’re facing now.
The underlying problem (anything less than optimal isn’t good enough for NP) worries me. While thinking he’s doing the right thing he’s factually decreasing value as we need to dilute at continous lower prices.
Can’t wait for the CC to hear about a strategy that will put an end to these endless low priced equity raises. Maybe Klump and Rae could deliver some meaningful input, because -frankly- since their appointment I never noticed anything of their presence. This CC realy is the time to bring clarity. How does NP/Bod see our future?
