Which just goes to show the irrationality of the stock market. Before the recent run up both companies had near equal market caps.
Between February of 2017 and July 2018 MTNB went from $3.74 to .35 cents a share.
MAT9001 has done very little so far so I don't expect much from the new trial either. The deal they set up is very unproductive if they don't hit milestones. Where do you think MTNB will be a year from now versus Cytodyn?
