One KEY thing you omitted when comparing CYDY to MTNB (Matinas): Stock Price. I bought MTNB in June 2018 in a Private Placement for .50 a share with a 10 % dividend after 1 year. Well, after a very recent runup MTNB closed Friday at $1.86. And my Private Placements for CYDY that I did in 2015 and 2016 were at .675 and .75 -- I rest my case.
