I am going to assume that Nader would not schedule a CC, in the middle of december, unless the BLA is going to be submitted. It has been stated many times that once the FDA decides what dose, the BLA will be filed in mid dec. If it is 525mg, the BLA is ready, if it is 700 mg, the BLA needs to be adjusted and then it will be filed shortly. It is possible, as a worse case scenario, the FDA has some other request and the whole BLA is delayed.
As for the partnership deal being paused, my guess is that once the BLA is filed, they can get normal loans against the inventory of product to fund the company until the best deal is negotiated. This might be what the BOD and Nader are thinking gives them time to look into other possible deals. I agree, extra months of negotiation is nothing to look forward to and the current deal certainly seems good, so why pause? Either way, an answer to this must be addressed. In my memory, it is rare that an actual CC fails to deliver big news - there have been a few, but usually they are for very good news.
