I don't expect a deal any time soon
since Nader has talked about the possibility of offers beyond the company with the NBA. Unless they decide to sign that deal, it's going to take a while to sort out a new one, especially if there are multiple new offers and especially if further data is required. This could take months, which I know is something no one wants to hear and obviously implies more raises. And it may not be as simple as signing a deal for a certain indication since competing deals could have overlaps.
I'm looking forward to the CC next week to hopefully get a better idea of where Cytodyn sits as far as possibly being in a better position as far as leverage goes.
