Honestly, I'm not too surprised by the lack of reaction. I think the general public is in a state where only positive results are going to impress us. While the S-1 release is a positive step, A) we still don't know the details of what it will do to our ownership % or what it costs the company and the $ is not available, so it's not currently "setting the wheels in motion".

I know I sound like a broken record, but this company is priced for failure. I very much look forward to the 10Q (and more so the next 10Q) to see if any of the cogs are currently turning in the machine under the current circumstances. I believe it won't take much of a sign of life to re-build confidence and buy more time for the S-1 to clear (and reduce the cost of the S-1 financing)!

Not a very good reaction from a PPS perspective to the S1 filing. Disappointing, considering the importance Generex has placed on this for the future of the companies. Joe says no one else but CMF is selling yet hundreds of thousands of shares have been sold in the low 60's. Either he has been withholding information or is ignorant to important facts. Hopefully he is not outright being deceitful. Either way shareholder's have lost value due the companies handling of business these last 4 months.
