Not a very good reaction from a PPS perspective to the S1 filing. Disappointing, considering the importance Generex has placed on this for the future of the companies. Joe says no one else but CMF is selling yet hundreds of thousands of shares have been sold in the low 60's. Either he has been withholding information or is ignorant to important facts. Hopefully he is not outright being deceitful. Either way shareholder's have lost value due the companies handling of business these last 4 months.

Today is a new day. Maybe things will turn around. It is Friday the 13th after all.
