Back when we were all being fooled, we also would have thought a patent announcement of this magnitude would have caused a spike in share price. But now all the long-time OWCP investors know whenever good news surfaces it likely will be followed by some inexplicable action that clobbers the share price. Thus, investor dollars remain on the sideline until there is a clear upward trend stemming from a series of successfully executed steps that can be reconciled to a strategic action plan.
