Give it time, and let's see what happens when the patented product is tried in the Phase 2 Trial in psoriasis and other skin diseases. If the trial isn't blinded, within a matter of weeks we should know something about what patients in the trial are seeing. This isn't like a cancer, where it may take years to determine efficacy, with psoriasis, etc within weeks of initiating treatment the clinicians and patients ought to see improvements. If not, our patent has little or no value. I believe the cream will be effective, and while others may exist in the marketplace, if approved by the FDA and other regulatory authorities, it will have blockbuster sales as it should be covered in part by insurance whereas other products won't be, and will be blocked from competing by our patents.
