Please read my post #9970.
The PPS will be at the time after SEC approves the S-1, which maybe 12 to 16 weeks from the filing date - 12 weeks from today is 3/5/2020 and 16 weeks from today is April 2.
Hopefully by then PPS is way higher than the current PPS.
