They took a
lot of good trades programs out of HS with the invent of the Department of Education. I still have to question what exactly do you have after 4 years of college ? I am a big supporter of trade schools. They cut out the liberal arts.
All my kids are working. Only 1 completed 4 plus years plus of college and after all of that. It took her 10 years to land a teaching job. In Michigan it is just like the automotive family. You have to know someone to get in.
Youngest son is still figuring it out. In the meantime he makes about $15 a hour making and delivering pizza.
