Until there is a signed deal, there will be no names mentioned.
Consider it a Non-Disclosure Agreement until a certain date or time, agreed by all parties.
Seeing advertising campaigns undertaken by Allstate and Progressive for their driving-habit dongles, I would hope that whoever may sign a deal with ONCI would get their advertising company fast-tracked to get on the air proclaiming the only dongle that can prevent Distracted Driving, a major contributor for tens of millions in claims for damage and injury, in addition to monitoring driving habits.
As a reminder, we have a Midwest insurance company testing 60 (SIXTY) units, a Pacific insurance company interested in learning about our product(s), and a possible contact with the "right" party for Geico.
As a firm believer in ONCI product(s), I would be amazed if all Steve has contacted are not interested. It is really, really, a matter of dollars and cents. Millions of dollars, imo.
It's only a matter of time, and I will not disparage our CEO or our product(s).
We could be at a "game-changing" moment.
