I will say, er type this as well and maybe I am just being optimistic right now, but this gives two avenues in getting coming out pretty well due to the shares in NGIO.
With the shares in GNBT and now the shares being given in NGIO, if both take off over the next 6 - 12 months, theoretically, you could have a nice windfall overall, depending on the PPS. Granted, a 1:1 would have been better, but if NGIO takes off even higher than GNBT, it could make a big difference and if NGIO gets to NASDAQ before Generex does.
I'm not sure how much GNBT PPS would go up if NGIO PPS goes up, but the shares in NGIO could end up being a blessing in disguise, especially if one day someone decided to buy them out.
