First of all I think we should be grateful that we didnt lose the entire dividend. Does it mean anything for the future ? Maybe , maybe not. The talk about unlocking the value has been around for sometime and although progress has been made the bottomline at best disappointing.
The dividend is not very clear who will receive the additional shares, I dont really care just want to know how many toal shares we are dealing with Jan 10 , both GNBT and NGIO.

A positive AE37 update could really help both companies and probably will increase PPS in the short term.
It looks like CMF didnt violate any terms except filing late. It appears dividend will apply to all shares including the previous waived shares???
