Technically you could be right. However we don't know because almost no other pharma tells us when an offer is in the table. Take the link posted this morning. No one had a clue it was going to happen so we have no idea how long anything was going on behind close doors. Right now we are in the know that an offer has been made. I have no idea how long these things take. NP said these things usually take 6 months and they are shooting for 4. I don't know if that's accurate or not.
