Hi Aqua, the basics are there are 2 toxic loans converting to a whole lot of shares very soon, one within a week(it is smaller) and one around 1/29/20. I'm guessing $60,000 will pay off the closer one. I encouraged all members of go4gold to contribute $1000 or more if possible, as a loan with interest to Mexus and a term of possibly 1 year. These are proposals not set in granite.
This would allow Paul to reach production before the final loan is convertible in March 2020.
I consider it cheap insurance to buy time so our investment is not diluted further.
I hope to have details on calling Debbie, filling out forms, wiring or depositing money in Mexus's Bank of America account ASAP. I have asked Dino(Bob) if he can speak with Paul and Debbie.
