I'm in.
Drastic but fairly reasonable suggestion for a dire situation. Unless CEO has something up his sleeve the choices are as stark as you lay out. More loan defaults followed by dilution almost without end and even a shareholder with millions of shares will have such a small stake in the company as to be worth little.
Would like to see a standard document or template and get a commitment from company as to how such moneys would be used. Time may be too tight for such niceties.
The key is how near or far operations at Santa Elena are from substantial production.
Thanks Belgie for thinking creatively and making a constructive proposal to save our sorry asses - I mean our precious assets.
