I think the market makers will be well aware that this just came from the OTC sewer. When this hits $1, or opens at $4, or whatever the circumstances behind the gap up....the MMs know that a lot of the shares held by inexperienced (etc) OTC traders will be let go for way under their real value.

So to answer your other question N R. Why do I have sell orders in under $1? Because my total position size allows for some small sells at lower prices to cushion against a run up and take down. What if it gaps up to $1 one day and the inexperienced people holding millions whack it back down for weeks, or months? At least I'll have sold some and can pay my damn bills! LOL
