Hy, the signed S1 has to be submitted to the SEC for registration. Joe has done all he can - it is now up the regulators. He did exactly what he said he would on the CC last week, so don't be frustrated with him. I had another stock that it took about 3 weeks between submitting the S1 and the SEC registering it - I don't know if that is average, below or above.
If you're going to be frustrated, aim it at the attorneys and regulators. I suspect 90% of the delays that occur are initiated in those arenas, which Joe cannot control. I could tell you stories about deals I was involved with when I worked for a major corporation, and everyone of them had twists and turns that ALWAYS delayed the outcome beyond what was expected or desired. Just the way it is.
