That will be a hard sale, since on the call concerning everything on CMF was already known and Joe stated the S1 would be signed this week, then later on, he said 7 - 10 days.
Two different dates right there. They gave the announcement yesterday on the S1 and the 2 million then the documents for the 40 million were signed as well. So, all they needed was the closing once the company has the registration statement. So, that sounds like the filing. So, what would be the holdup of the filing then?

As discussed on the shareholder conference call last Friday, Generex yesterday signed definitive documents to secure a short-term bridge financing of $2.2 million dollars. Generex also signed documents for 40 million in an equity investment instrument that will close once the company has an effective registration statement covering the shares issued under that instrument.
