When asked Joe about the S1 and if an S1 would jump up the PPS normally, he said he has seen it happen before, but sometimes it doesn't until execution of what all takes place from it.

So, it really just depends on how investors perceive the news from it, I guess up front for Generex. We know that or should know, if they execute with the finances from the S1, the PPS should move up, because Revenue should be generated from what they build out of it. It will just take a bit of time. If people believe that is going to happen, then we hopefully will see some positive push somewhere soon in the PPS coming.
