Again they missed projected dates, whatever the reason may be - CMF , lack of experienced management , financial uncertainty , miscalculated planning and unable to execute or again unforeseen circumstances.
The dividend is becoming a big issue, if due to the CMF "fraud" the door opens for the remaining waived shares to be included in the dividend then that group will piggyback on CMD and IMO we can add them to the same category.
Im still hopeful that the business comes first followed by shareholder interest. Without moving forward and not generating revenue shareholders dont have to worry about any divi kos 100% of 0 = 0
The potential S-1 /40 mil financing is a big step forward and will at least restore some credibility. Im sure day trading/volume will increase with substantial news and a $2 target imo easier without the dividend, probably best to "promise" dividend with target numbers and not dates. Increasing the float without institutional buying or "big" investor interest will lower the price.
