i don't know if you guys noticed that i used the áfter joe'' term....i think we should start using the 'before joe'' and the ''after joe'' to differentiate between two management teams, 2 time periods, two opposites....one that dropped us in the bottom pit and one that is giving us (many of us) a rope....
