I just thought of something -

Please let me know if my thoughts are logical -

So, GNBT will be getting 40M from a fund...and why would the fund invest? Because they must believe that GNBT's stock price will appreciate. And what's the best way for the PPS to go up, when GNBT gets uplisted.

So, if you are the fund manager, and you have access to lots of funds, if GNBT trades below $2, wouldn't you try to figure out a legal way to start buying them on the open market, so the PPS will go above $2 and GNBT can be uplisted...and your 40M will worth way more?

What do you guys think? Please whack me if I am just dreaming...
