That was close to my original thoughts before I actually heard the CC. I said probably to get rid a going concern to address an uplisting issue, but funding for “2-3” years sounds overdone. Is that needed or 12 months? I also realize we are unaware of the big picture as known to insiders, but when I saw posts here being awesomely informative of the CC, I thought some investors will be spooked away by hearing of an otc stock that’s struggling to uplist talk of a pending registered offering of $40 mil in equity (which far outweighs market cap.)
