Sure, but why now. Literally anything is better then raising through equity offering at the low. Non s-1 at $2.50 on otc is better than this, hell raising 4 weeks ago is better than now. Again, I haven’t seen these terms so I am not complaining, but how can they not be dilutive? They aren’t debt financing. Not a complaint because I’m ignorant of what is happening, but I can’t fathom a pivotal raise now. I haven’t made a single complaint about SP, idc about that because I have 30+ years to wait. But a massive equity raise for more than our market cap at this SP affects us forever.
