Priority should be NASDAQ , once listed other investor may join(institutional buying / big investors) , why wait to exclude the real money. Postpone divi if necessary and review when pps trades solid between 3-8
With the reduced float the pps will be higher then your paid dividend and dealing with OTC crooks and possibly delay to get to 2.0
Once listed look at the min requirement to remain listed ......next concern if float is too high.
Maybe a split divi between GNBT and NGIO ?? Better chance for 10k sh @5 then 20 @ 2.5
Dealing with another 20 or 40 mil and not really anything lined up will be a disaster.
