Except that the s-1 might preclude or change the structure of the divi. Urgency might be warranted. Divi played a large part of my purchase strategy, with so many uncertainties, i’d rather see it sooner than later. But only using the 8/30 record date. It’s pointless if the amounts of shares you suggested were to be added. I mean the divi as structured before this mess. You assume it can go off with waiting, I do not assume that. And if you believe in the plan (which I do) the improper pps cut 50% is marginal and temporary. Especially with eps stats on the horizon. I dunno about you but I would rather have more shares entitling me to a higher percentage of the EPS. Simple math for me.
