the 40 million s1 offering is capital raise for generex...like joe said....it is needed to get the engines humming for 'all the pieces to come to fruition'.....how else was he going to get this train going.....with exellagen only....this was and is the only way....maybe he thought that this will work with an uplist but apparently its not going to happen that way....so we are looking to be further away for an uplist if he is pursuing this on the otc....but who knows....nasdaq may suprise...
