Maybe somebody can help me understand something. As Joe had been posting about how dilutive it would be to have to offer 20MM shares to the rest of the restricted shareholders because of the Creek mess, I didn’t pursue this further on the call...
We are currently sporting a mkt cap of under $30MM. When I asked about the $40-70MM coming from the S1, I thought we must be talking about NGIO. Joe corrected me that it was an equity offering for GNBT. How is Joe going to raise 130-230% of the current market cap with an equity offering and not dilute us to death?
