Interesting concept but now you are changing the terms of the div and shareholders are getting less than they expected when deciding to buy. If I purchased 10,000 shares since the div was announced that would short me 900 shares from the original terms. The fewer shares you have purchased the less it would suck but I think that still me be cause for some to take legal action.
