What about if we take a 0.9 : 1 , CMF sold 2 mil shares , lets include those in the divi so a total of approx 22mil qualify for divi, .9 x 22 mil is back to 20 mil (dividend)as planned. Waived shares remain as sched if they agree. Of course legal action will proceed. We need to stay close to original otherwise that may create problems for lined up financing. Any thoughts?
