Hylander, why does GNBT have to make shareholders whole on a broken agreement by another shareholder?
“Along with the dividend that was supposed to be given to just those shareholders outside the waivers in GNBT, because of what happened with CMF, give those shareholders shares in NGIO based on every 4 shares they have in GNBT, they get 1 share of NGIO as well, when NGIO gets listed.
This would compensate those shareholders going through this currently and while the original dividend is postponed, this dividend will at least take effect and provide some incentive.”
