I would think Generex would actually need to file a suit, since CMF breached the agreement that then led to the selling of shares and the huge decrease of PPS that also cut their market to less than what is required by NASDAQ.

Shareholders could attach themselves to the suit of Generex I would think or maybe not. I don’t know.

However, Generex as a company was hurt tremendously by this action, which then hurt all shareholders. This then hurt their continued business. So Generex should be filing a suit to get compensation overall.
