I made a very general comment. Bottom line is the agreement was between Generex and CMF. Assuming Generex did nothing which triggered CMF's ability to do what they did legally, then suing them is an option.
Based on your comments on the call, CMF likely broke the agreement. If true, clearly it would be in CMF's best interest to fix the situation in an agreeable manner without having to go down the road of any type of suit.
Agreements should contain clauses with remedies and repercussions to deal with various types of breaches.
