This has yet to be decided. Joe said he is considering it. Pretty sure his lawyers will have to OK it first and even then it would be up to Joe.
Even though it's not what the plan was, I'm OK with it. The plan was well intentioned but didn't work.
Nasdaq, Nasdaq, Nasdaq. That's all that matters. And when we get there, certain investors are going to want to see more liquidity than 70MM shares anyway. If those evil Creekers really do stop selling we could be back above 2 bucks in short order with the S1 and NGIO.
