No idea. They can still face legal action from my understanding. Generex I believe can still go after them due to the agreement and the SEC might be able to fine them. Not sure, but based on what I read on here from others, Joe is opening up the dividend to all shareholders.

If that is the case, then I would think if Creek Mountain owns shares, they can get the dividend.

This is what I find kind of amazing that he is opening it up to everyone now.
