Just think, a company sells 2 million shares let's say. they pay a fine. They sold those shares let's say for 1.00 a share, so they made 2 million dollars.
Then, they get a dividend on the other 2 million shares they have, so they are back up at 4 million shares again. The PPS goes up to 6.00 a share. They made 12 million on those dividend shares. Not bad.
Now, it depends on what happens to them between, if Generex files a lawsuit, etc...
